Some Tips For Design & Digitize.
Colors
a. You can choose up to 7 regular thread colors and 1 twill fabric color for your patch design with no additional charge.
b. We can according to your requirements for color matching.

c.100% fully embroidered no need to pick a twill color.
Difference between merrow border & die-cut border
a. The merrow border is always 1/8″ in thickness and is best used for simple shapes, such as circles, squares, rectangles, ovals, etc.
b. The die-cut border is cut to the shape of the design and is ideal for more complex shapes with many in cuts and sharp angles.
c.The border is most appropriate for the design, unless the customer has a specific preference.
Different types & backings.
The type of backing for your patch is determined by how the patch will be applied onto your garments. Here are some common backing as below:
1) Plain (No Backing)
Make your patch more flexible. Plain backing is best suited for a sew-on application.
2) Adhesive
If you desire your patch to stay in place permanently, go with the heat-seal option or plastic and sew your patches.
3) Plastic
Adding a layer of plastic backing will stiffen up the patch and hold the shape of the patch better.
4) Heat Seal
Another word is iron on. Heatseal will not to stick to nylon or other synthetic fabrics.
5) Velcro
Hook-side only velcro or both hook & loop sides velcro are available.
File formats accept
Prefer vector file formats: CDR, AI, EPS, also accept: JPG, PDF, GIF, BMP, TIFF, PNG, or PSD.
*For any type of Patches, we require artworks in a vector file format or any regular image file format of at least 300dpi.
Patch size
Embroidered patches size is determined by its intended use.
For example:
Size= With + Height divided by 2.
= 4″(10.16cm) wide+ 2″(5.08cm) high /2
= 3″ (7.62cm)
Order
Design & digitize your custom embroidery patches step by step.
a. You can send any idea for us, take any where from 1 hour or 1 day to 2 days depending on the complexity of your design.
b. We get all your idea, will be quote for you by email. if the price is acceptable to you, we will receive your artwork.
c. We will send the completed design(digitizing file,preview image or work sheet) to your email for checking.
d. Any changes will be done until you are satisfied.
Payments
Paypal.
Pay full after confirm the design for new customer.
Be paid once a week or half a month for regular customer.
Turnaround time
Normally,turnaround time is 1 or 2 working day, it according to the complexity level.
